How we’ll work together

Mastermind Meetings

  • Held quarterly for 2 hours

Office Hours

  • Held for an hour in between quarterly Mastermind sessions

  • Get help with live challenges to keep you moving forward

One-on-One Coaching/Mentoring

  • 1 hour to be used over the year in either 15, 30, or 60-minute increments as needed

  • May address specific topics/questions (e.g., sticky situations, proposal review & feedback, etc.)

Slack Channel

  • Ongoing peer community support

  • Available both during and beyond the year-long program

About the Facilitator

As an expert in executive coaching and leadership development, and founder of Next Step Partners, Rebecca has been coaching nearly 25 years and works with CEOs and other C-level executives globally.

Rebecca graduated as valedictorian from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU and later received her MBA from Stanford. She then worked as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs in New York in the Financial Institutions Group and held leadership positions at Disney EMEA in Paris and at Robertson Stephens. She received her coaching training and certification from the Coaches Training Institute and from Minds at Work. She is certified as a trauma-informed coach.
